Abstract
An investigation was carried out to assess the impact of pathogens (Pseudomonas putida), pesticide (Methyl parathion) and metal (Ferrous sulphate) on the oxygen consumption of the fish Labeo rohita (Ham.). The effect of oxygen consumption was studied by exposing the fish L. rohita to the toxicant. The change in the oxygen increment was noticed with increasing exposure time.
Keywords
Pseudomonas putida, Methyl parathion, Ferrous sulphate, Labeo rohita.
